Refund Policy

At Vidnest Media, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design, SEO, advertising, and creative services. Due to the custom nature of our work, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Advance Payment Requirement

A non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total project cost is required to initiate any work. This deposit secures your spot in our schedule, covers initial resource allocation, strategy development, and project setup.

2. No Refunds Once Work Has Started

Because our services involve dedicated time, strategy, and creative labor, we do not offer refunds once the work has commenced. By paying the 50% advance, you acknowledge and agree that this initial deposit is non-refundable, regardless of whether the project is completed, paused, or canceled by the client.

3. Re-edits and Revisions

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with the final result. However, to keep projects on schedule, revisions are bound by the following terms:

• Re-edits and revisions will be strictly done within the limits specified in your initial invoice or project proposal.
• Any requests for edits beyond the agreed-upon revision rounds will be billed at our standard hourly rate or evaluated for an additional project scope.
• Major changes in design direction or project scope after initial approvals are not considered standard revisions and will incur extra charges.

4. Project Cancellations

If you choose to cancel or abandon a project after the work has begun:

• You will not receive a refund for any payments previously made.
• If the amount of work completed exceeds the 50% advance payment, we reserve the right to invoice you for the remaining uncompensated labor.
• Any completed assets or deliverables paid for will be handed over to you upon request, provided your account has no outstanding balance.

5. Subscription & Recurring Services (Ads, SEO)

For ongoing monthly retainers (such as SEO or PPC Management):

• Services are billed on a month-to-month or pre-agreed contractual basis.
• We require a 30-day written notice for cancellations of recurring services.
• No refunds will be provided for the current active billing cycle.
