Welcome to Vidnest Media. By accessing our website, booking our services, or interacting with our brand, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Services Description

Vidnest Media provides digital marketing, web design, SEO, PPC advertising, and creative services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for your project will be detailed in a custom proposal or invoice provided prior to the commencement of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project (such as branding guidelines, access credentials, and content).
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframes. Delay in feedback may result in project delays.
• Ensure you have the legal right to use any images, text, or assets you provide to us for use in your project.

3. Payment Terms

By engaging our services, you agree to the following financial terms:

• Advance Payment: A non-refundable 50% advance payment is required to initiate any custom project.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the final handover of assets, website launch, or transfer of ownership.
• Recurring Services: Monthly services (e.g., SEO, Ads Management) are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in a suspension of services.

4. Revisions and Modifications

We build revision rounds into our project scope to ensure your satisfaction. Re-edits will be conducted within the limits specified in your proposal. Requests that fall outside the original project scope will be quoted and billed separately as additional work.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final and full payment of your project invoice, the intellectual property rights of the final deliverable (e.g., website code, custom graphics, ad creatives) are transferred to you. Vidnest Media retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver exceptional results and growth for your business, Vidnest Media does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, search engine rankings, or ad performance metrics. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or pause services if a client violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or fails to communicate/pay for an extended period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on project cancellation.
